Update the wiki with the public server nations and towns and remove the old server stuff or make a new wiki for public server

Hey I think this would be a good idea and I want to add my nation on the wiki lol

The servers wiki is editable by any member. You can add your town and nation yourself. We wouldn't remove the history of older towns and nations, thats why they're categorised.
