Resolved Staff trial?

this is again another suggestion of mine but i though it would be best there should be a trial moderator or trial staff where In time a period where their skills and performance is tested and if they do well they get selected as a helper or mod

Hey MLGFreeze,
I know we don’t publicly disclose our hiring/training/promotion practices, so it can be hard to know abt this, but we already have trial members as part of the structure of most teams. Events has Trial Event Members, Discord has Trial Discord Mods (last I checked at least, we haven’t had new disc mods in ages), MC Mods have Helpers, Build Team has a trial system in the application where you have to build something to get accepted, Devs have Junior Devs, and Wiki has Wiki Editors.
Additionally, we have several internal practices that make sure everyone (not just trial members) are reviewed for their performance, and appropriate action is taken based on that performance, including Directors like me and Tomo.
