Casual Towny Refresh button on Auction House

It would be pretty epic if there's a refresh button on the AH menu since if something new appears on there, you need to close the current AH menu and type the command again. Or another idea is just live updates from AH which will probably be impossible but would be better.

There is a Refresh button already, it's the compass at the bottom:



(I understand if you haven't noticed it though, it's kinda hard to notice if you're not looking at every item in the menu)
