Fix town firespread.

Whenever I set something on fire within a town, even with firespread enabled, the fire DOESN'T SPREAD.

This gives me false hope whenever I try to burn down the surrounding forest.

I agree with this, I tried committing arson in my town so I don't have to individually chop down trees. I mean you could instant mine it with haste 2 and uber axe but burning is more satisfying and wastes less efforts

this is already a towny feature, you need to do /t toggle fire or something like that.

you can also do /plot toggle fire to set it per chunk, maybe that would work
