2nd Casual Server

With Towny 2 now being a year old i believe the server is getting old and boring.

So i think, we should hold a community vote for one of the 2 options below

1. Reset Towny 2
2. Create a second towny server (Overwrite siege?)
On this new server i suggest we have;
- No Hollow Claims
- Smaller map similar to Towny 1 and Siege
- TownyResources (Optional)
- Better War

I think these features would really improve a towny server.

To clarify the original towny 2 would stay if the 2nd option was picked

We need more content, not just modified content, because it will surely piss off way too much people if there is a reset
And a new server towny seems meh
But, I like the smaller map

I don't really like the idea for a reset, it would just postpone updates like the moon update and would most likely cause a large sum of the player base to quit, unless it's still on smpe, just as a second or third server.

These ideas can easily be implemented into Towny 2 if given more information on what aspects would need to be improved on: ie what townyresources brings, and what kind of war system players may want.

if youre thinking on replacing siege piss off, but the reset towny is fine i guess
