Events has Trial Event Members, Discord has Trial Discord Mods (last I checked at least, we haven’t had new disc mods in ages), MC Mods have Helpers, Build Team has a trial system in the application where you have to build something to get accepted, Devs have Junior Devs, and Wiki has Wiki Editors. Additionally, we have several internal practices that make sure everyone (not just trial members) are reviewed for their performance, and appropriate action is taken based on that performance, including Directors like me and Tomo.Thanks for your suggestion,</blockquote>
