Casual Towny add nether or outposts pls

On towny its preety hard to get netherite because it costs 10000 plus 4 gold on shops, and if you open nether everyone will be alright, and there will be more ro explore. About pillagers, could we pls get totems possible, because you can kill a person with strenght 2 and maxed sword in 2 seconds and totems would more likely help.
