Craftable Horse Armour
i don't think craftable horse armor is really a good idea; and isn't leather horse armor craftable either way? it's not that hard to find diamond/gold armor- TheVortex

Casual Towny Ability to Name Outposts
The ability to name outposts will be atleast easier for the user level as you don't have to break your PC by going to every outpost to find what you're looking for. Usage will be like /t claim outpost (name)- TheVortex

Lower the book prices in the shopping area from $5000 to about $750 per book. At this point books are being sold as low as $500 so lower the book prices so that shop atleast gets used.- TheVortex
