    Implemented Weakly event leederbord

    i find it vary dificult that if you wanna see the leederbord of the curent weekly event you have to ask an admin or something like that. so i thord if you made something like the tap menu where it shows the top 10 in the event and their points.... and what place you are on if your not in top 10...
