    Claims Regulations

    I feel that there needs to be more regulations on usable claimed areas which are left barren, as certain people just use alts and 1-player towns to claim an entire country, and then do not use the land for anything, just so that their colour can appear on more area.     Hollow Problem

    There are a few problems with hollow claims, and many people dislike them. That is why I suggest for usable hollow claims, like Spain, France or Albania to have a month to put some type of proper build before being removed. This allows others to be able to use land.
